For several days i am having heavy connections problems with my ethernet cable. It's not an ISP, cable or router problem - I'm using dual boot on the machine and on windows (8.1) everything works perfectly fine.
Speed is horibly slow (about 5 kb/sec); having many package losses and in genarel it's almost imposible to surf the web (for that reason I'm writing this on windows).
-lspci says me i'm using
I tried to find solutions in this forum and the web, but found nothing that helped (tried to deactive ipv6 for example). So I did a complete reinstall of 17.1, but yet while downloading the language packages during the installation i could see that the problem still exists. I cannot even ping google without issues:Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetLink BCM57781 Gigabit Ethernet PCIe (rev 10)
ping http://www.google.com -c10

I cannot remeber exactly when the problems started, but i guess its because of a new driver or something similar?
If anyone has an idea or suggestion i would be very thankful.
Thank you very much,
