RSS feed for forums

I checked quickly but didn't find anything like this, sorry if this has already been discussed.

I like the idea of an RSS aggregator sending me a feed of new posts; the French forums have this set up, and Linux Questions has such a broadcast.

I was wondering if any thought had been given to a similar implementation for the Mint forums (or is already there and I've been missing it all this time?) The current forum tools are very useful but I, for one, love getting forum updates via Thunderbird to keep on top of them; I realize, though, there might be technical issues and/or bandwidth problems involved.

The link works with Google.reader but Liferea with LM Xfce doesn't show anything.

Now it's working fine. I am on Mint 8 x64. I fixed the flash problem and posted the solution, had to reboot to get flash to work and now this is downloading fine.

I loaded this url into evolution rss plug in and though it makes evolution grey out once in a while it works fine.

It is a great addition to the 30 (or more) News rss feeds coming in about a society gone haywire and filling me with rage by 08:30
there is a certain calming effect about it.

This used to work till very recently.
Will it be fixed?
