I really like your new theme "water".
Here it is on my LM16 Cinnamon install:
I like the gtk theme too - fresh and sharp-looking IMO .... I like the blue highlights.

Very nice desktop carl
It goes very well with your wallpaper man I usually scale my panel at 40 Pixels to allow for btter wallpaper integration -

i have updated this theme and fixed the "panel-status-button:hover"
