Howdy folks,
I have a vigin media superhub - upstairs I have a TP Link access point and downstairs outside in the shed I have a netgear router, also wired in by ethernet as another access point, I also have some security cameras linked via DVR to the superhub - so - I have used up all the ethernet connections on the hub (3 + the one for the incoming cable)
Question is: Is there any way of expanding this so I can get another connection in for a 3rd router to use as another access point to cover a dead spot downstairs ???? Maybe some sort of 2 into 1 adapter that plugs into the hub? Is that possible/practical ??
I did have a bit of a search but I'm not entirely sure what to search for and only found a plastic plug in adapter that wouldn't have been practical as it would have been so big it'd block the next connection along!
