Permission denied for mint4win 64bit program.

Hi, when I attempted to install Linux Mint 13 on my computer via mint4win, I got a permission denied, I'm on the administrator account.
Even running it as an administrator wouldn't work, how can I fix this problem?
I also had the same problem with an openSUSE 12.1 DVD.

I'm having the same problem. I haven't seen an answer anywhere. I'd love to have any thoughts about this. . .
