Thanks for all your hard work Boo. You always seem to do good work and make wise decisions. I am looking forward to looking at it. :-)

I am asking the same...will there be a way to install KDE 4.2 with the advantges Mint provides on the 64 bit edition ? Or do you plan a KDE 64 bit edition ? That would be great !

I am really looking forward to this release! When I came to Linux about 1,5 years ago, I spent a lot of time distrohopping in search of the perfect distro for me. Linux Mint was the first distro that seemed to work out of the box for me, and deliver the stability that I needed. Linux Mint convinced me that Linux could work for me.

When I saw the first pictures of KDE4 I fell in love at once! Especially folderview looked like it was made for me and my needs! For a short period I tried out Mandriva 2009 and OpenSUSE 11, but they could not offer the stability I needed, so I was back to Mint!

Mint 6 KDE CE will be the biggest Linux-event for me since freeing myself of windows. I really hope that Mint 6 KDE CE will deliver stability for KDE4 alongside the Linux MInt quality I have become addicted to over the last year!

Thank you for the work you are doing Boo, and everyone else who work to make Mint the best OS out there!
