mint 9 kde boot check disk won't complete

Well every once in awhile when I boot my laptop up mint will run a check disk and it will complete but it won't boot after completion.
Anybody have a way to fix this issue? its kinda annoying.

This is a bug with Mint 9. you can change your

/etc/fstab not to run disk check and run it manually when you want too. thats what I do.
