desktop shortcuts (music, download, trash) ?

Hi,


I installed linux mint 12 LXDE recently. I wonder how we can (if possible) put some home folders shortcuts on desktop ? I usually (on gnome) placed links to my personal folders on desktop (home/music, home/images, home/downloads, etc...) for faster use.

I also want to add the trash bin on the desktop (or the taskbar), is it possible ?
