Couple of questions about LM 10 LXDE

In LM 10 LXDE, how do you adjust the font size in various windows. Can't seem to find any adjustment anywhere. Also, how do you prevent the window contents from appearing when you move a window? Thanks.

Open a terminal, type in "obconf"
It has everything you're asking for. You can adjust the fonts, theme, and show/hide window contents while moving windows.

Can't seem to find show/hide window contents while moving windows. Could you direct me to it? Thanks.
