Looking for some settings in v12

I'm trying LM LXDE 12 and notice the desktop icons and fonts are much larger than version 10 was, but I can't seem to find a setting anywhere to reduce them. Anyone know where they are? Also, how do you change the time in this distro as well? Thanks.
