This is the reported error.

E: Type '<HTML>' is not known on line 1 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list.d/m-buck-conky-jaunty.list
E: The list of sources could not be read.
Go to the repository dialog to correct the problem.
E: _cache->open() failed, please report.

Im a newbie in linux... i cant erase the file m-buck-conky-jaunty.list and i also cant uninstall conky... don't know what to do

Please run the following from the terminal and post the output here:

FIXED!

i logged in as root and deleted the file in the terminal..

i.e.
sudo passwd root (then type passwords)

then login as root user, in the terminal type..
su

then delete the file, in the terminal type
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/m-bucky-conky-jaunty.list
