Open window disappears when minimized

I screwed up something when trying to add icons to the taskbar. When I have an open window like the file manager or firefox and I minimize it, rather than appearing in the taskbar it disappears completely. How would I fix this? Thanks.

Panel Settings > Panel Applets list
Click add > click "Task Bar (Window List)" > click add
Make sure "Task Bar (Window List)" is highlighted .... then click Up button until "Task Bar (Window List)" is just under "Application Launch Bar" in the list.
