Middle click touchpad

Hello, In Linux Mint KDE and Mate there was a way to disable tapping the touchpad as registering as mouseclicks while keeping the middle click tap.
In LXDE there is only a choice to disable tapping, which includes middle click tapping.

Is there a way around this?
They told me to tun but just how far can I go wearing the black mask of fear?
