I really like this edition, as I'm a big fan of LXDE and, of course Linux Mint, but I think there are some actions that could really make LXDE look more like the Linux Mint own style (shiki colours, theme and feel):
1. Change the Openbox theme:

I believe this is really minty theme
You can find it here
As installing openbox themes is a little tricky, compared with other desktop environments, here is how it's done:
- Download and extract the desired theme, it should be a folder with Openbox-3 folder in it
- Menu>Preferences>Openbox Configuration Manager
- First you should create a .obt file from the theme's folder
- Then via the "Install a new theme button" to install the created .obt file, which could be found in the home folder
2. Change the GTK Theme:
The default LXDE Mint theme is not coming along nicely with the openbox theme, as it is black, so you could install the original shiki coulors theme and achieve a nice blended look like this:

- Then via the "Install a new theme button" to install the created .obt file, which could be found in the home folder
Download it from here (I used the clearlooks version, but it's up to personal preference)
*to install the theme, extract it to /usr/share/themes or create .themes folder in your home folder (but that way the theme would not apply on programs, run as root, as Software Manager, Synaptic, mintUpdate)
3. Change the panel (lxpanel)

- Right click on it and open "Panel Settings"
- On the Appearance tab, change the background to System theme and tick the use of "Custom color" font (white) in case it is not.
- If you do not like the default menu icon, you could use this simple one I made in order to make the panel look like gnome-panel -
(Right click to save it)- Right click on the panel menu> "Menu" Settings
- Replace the default image with the downloaded one
- It should look like this:

That is it, the end result looks like this:

Cheers, senseiski
