I caan't seem to see the option to add other users to the account, is this something that is picked up in later updates

From the Mint LXDE RC release:

User manager missing

This RC release does not feature any user management tool. User management can be performed from the command line. This will be addressed in the stable release.

Well I have now downloaded the main edition but i still can't seem to see it is it just me? or have we now moved it somewhere else
