Youtube lagging on Linux mint 12

Does anybody know what causes the youtube lagging?
I saw when i start youtube my cpu is on 100%, but linux uses only 200 mb Ram out of 512mb. The sound is okay, but the picture is not smooth, like when i have windows.
Is there problem with plugin container?

My computer is:
Dell Inspiron 1100
40 Gb hard disk drive (40gb partition which contains Linux mint lxde 12)
512 Mb RAM
Graphic card is integrated

The computer had Windows XP profesional and everything was okay (youtube works fine), but now the computer has linux mint and movies on youtube are lagging/ the picture doesnt run smooth.

Does anybody know a solutions for this problem?

Flash is slower on Linux...

If you download the video and play with VLC it should be faster. You could try minitube to see if videos play better and to download the videos.

Thank you for your fast reply. Mini tube doesnt work for me. Also Mozzila Flash blocker is not that what i want
Is there anything to speed up flash?

i think the problem is intel 845G chipset limitation. check your vga with :
