make bootable CD from floppy disk

Greetings,
I'm hoping to get some guidance to convert a bootable floppy (Norton's Ghost) into a bootable CD. I am using Mint 7.

In the past when I used Windoze, I could do this with Nero. Now in the Linux world, I need to know what, if any, CD buring program has this capability (like Nero has).

hi, if it works please post it. now and them i`m playing round with floppys, so it would be good to know if it does or does not work.
