Bluetooth Abruptly Stopped Working

Bluetooth was working perfect this morning.

Now it is behaving like I don't have bluetooth hardware at all. I click the icon in the panel, it brings up the config window, but It doesn't show any devices, and doesn't let me try to connect to any.

Any Ideas?
