Incorrect Tme on Board Index Page <Solved>

G'Day All, When I login the time is displayed incorrectly for the the Time Zone I am in,

EG Current Time 20:24 (IK zone) Central Australan Time, the displayed time on the Board Index Page displays the time as 21:204 the Date and time are in the correct format for the time zone. I there anyway to change it to display the correct time. Thanks

Problem solved: Summer time was set in User Control Panel. As I am in a location the does no use Daylight Saving (Summer time) there appears to be a problem in how this feature was programed.
