Use of cirilic on Linux Mint

Post by jradmint »

I am quite new with Linux. I have installed the last version of Linux Mint and I am very satisfied. However I would like to know if it is possible to use cirillic for writing in russian language. I am Spanish but my wife is Belarussian and she needs to use cirillic characters. How to do it ?

You can probably add the Belarussian language in System Settings > Localization (may be in a different place in some Mint versions).

Feel free to correct me if I'm trying to write in Spanish, French or German.
