problem with hibernate and suspend. Mint12

Every time, i'm using these options, i found the panel at the top and at the bottom in a weird state. And it's impossible to shut down the computer properly. Hibernate have a very nasty bugs: is rebooting grub !

Hibernate is suppose to go directly to the logon menu .
