[Solved]Mouse cursor freezes until i click a mouse button

Mouse cursor freezes until i click a mouse button and it works ok for a while and then again same thing happens (Mint 14 Cinnamon 64 been using it only for 3 days). Mouse works fine on Windows 7. Touchpad works fine. I've been searching for a solution for a while but so far nothing useful although I found similar problems with no help. I really like Linux Mint and I don't want to go back to Ubuntu, but if there is no solution for this I'll have no choice cause this is fckn annoying as hell!! Please HELP!

I've figured it out, for some reason when I turn on my notebook with mouse plugged in while on battery only (when charger is plugged in everything is ok), this occurs, however I still don't know why

I think I've solved it, I've disabled "laptop-mode" (sudo gedit /etc/laptop-mode/laptop-mode.conf, and then set value for ENABLE_LAPTOP_MODE_TOOLS to 0, one could also just set ENABLE_LAPTOP_MODE_ON_BATTERY to 0). For now its working, will se if it occurs again.
