NTFS resize at new install

Guuuuuuuyss... I'm starting to sweat over here... I'm installing mint on my girlfriends comp and started by using the partitioner to resize her NTFS partition that was spaning the entire hdd, but was mostly empty...

It's been at it for some good 15 minutes now.... still working and I can see hdd activity... how long should this take???

phew... finally done after what seemed like a good half an hour... :D :D :D

Well ... she's your girlfriend. I am sure you were able to do "something else" during that half hour so she wouldn't notice those potential computer troubles you created, right? :D :D :lol:
