Fix for Beryl and MintMenu focus problems

I found a quick solution for the problem where the MintMenu would only appear every third click.

Open the Beryl Settings Manager on the General Options set the Level of Focus Stealing Prevention to "None"

Problem solved, also fixed a similar issue with Tilda

It also prevents the menu from opening behind an open window, simple and useful :)
