I am not trying to be nasty. I simply do not understand how we can ask a question, when only the "TEAM" is allowed to post. Or am I misunderstanding something?
I wanted to post a question in Hardware Support, but the rules say it is reserved for team members. ???? Have been on the forums for some time. Not exactly a newbie.

You can ask your questions where in the support forums. The rule you refer to, "Section reserved for the team", is shown only on the rules & notices and on the releases & announcements forums.
