Can anything be done with this netbook? <SOLVED>

I suspect this netbook, http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000 ... UTF8&psc=1 that I purchased in 2008, can serve only one purpose (a paperweight) but what the hell.

As you can see the specs are pretty limiting (512 MB of RAM, a mere 2GB harddrive).

On top of that three keys (F V and L) no longer work.

The operating system it runs is easy peasy (I have attempts to install Joli OS using a USB and a DVD via an external dvd drive but both failed).

A recyle company offered me MINUS £4 for it (about $7).

Any bright ideas people? :)

Nothing more to add.
No need to spend a single thought on this netbook and Linux Mint. Might be good enough for Puppy Linux, perhaps.

That is a sad piece of @#$%!. Even when new, not sure how anything run on it. Yep. Paper weight!
