SOLUTION:
Download kwin. Apparently I didn't had it installed, for some weird reason. I think I deleted it by a mistake. ¦:·Þ
Seems like there’s some very wrong with the desktop here. How can I fix this?

I can’t close applications (because there’s no boarders around the applications which you click the close-button), switch to others desktop, use any short keys that are related to the desktop for example the desktop cube, but I can use for example ctrl+c/v (copy/paste).
How could I fix this and what information do you need to know more? Before this problem happened, I did only web browsing and such. Nothing unusual. The machine turned itself off, and when I turned it on it was like this. I have already tried to turn the computer on and off a lot of times.
EDIT: Menu doesn't work properly either. https://i.imgur.com/OumiPbH.png

Remember to fix it myself by going on tty1
username:password
type command
then go back to tty7, I can not confirm, hope still works for you.
