Headers Not Loading

I am having some trouble with apt-get and installing updates. I have Linux Mint Petra 16 and I don't know what would cause this problem. It says that my headers are being waited to load but they never get to 100% and it also says some files have been ignored or old ones have been used. Please Help me, Thanks. :D

So when I type:
sudo apt-get update

You can enter the URLs in a browser and remove the last parts of the URLs until it works...

Checking the first error URL:

This exists

So it looks like "apt-get" is correct - those directories don't exist (at least the first two).
