Has anyone got Songbird installed? I found it through the Linux Mint software website and took a look at the screenshots. It looks a lot like iTunes, especially the top part where it lists what song you're listening to and where it displays the play, pause, stop buttons etc. I'm wondering if it handles iPods and how good it is compared to Amarok. I like Amarok because I've heard it can handle iPods but it's quite slow loading on my system. So I'm also wondering if it's faster or slower than Amarok.

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

I have it installed and love it for listening to Shoutcast stations and my music collection. It is supposed to have I-Pod support, but I don't know how well that works as I don't have an I-Pod. Hard to believe, isn't it. I don't have an I-Pod or cell phone because I never go anywhere. I think you will like Songbird a lot if you like I-Tunes.

I use Steamtuner, do you think that you get as much music?

Just a question.
