XFCE missing Cosmos screensaver

Postby Lolo Uila on Thu Aug 16, 2007 7:35 am

The Mint XFCE version does not have the Cosmos screensaver. I tried synaptic, but there is no listing for cosmos. So I tried installing the gnome and xscreensaver packages, extras, etc. but it's still not available.

Where is it, and how do I get it installed?

Thanks, Tim

The Cosmos screensaver is in the gnome-screensaver thats why it's not installed.
If you have gnome-screensaver installed you can just us the Slideshow screensaver and use the /usr/share/pixmaps/backgrounds/cosmos to get the same images.
