Don't know but I have a few points
Why on earth create a terminal where you can hardly see the contents? Referring to your screenshot
Yo must have the path to the file linuxmint.sh
linuxmint.sh should have on the first line

Come to think of it - did you make the file executable?
In the home folder it's as simple as right clicking and ticking a box in properties

Probably a udev problem. What if you do it e.g. via "xterm" ... Does it show up at least or still throw the same error?

Can you explain the start mechanism in more detail please? Where exactly does your script get launched from? And during which phase of the "boot" (quote from above) ??
