Why does my monitor keep shutting off?

When the system is idle for 10 minutes my monitor goes into sleep mode, even though I have it set NOT to. Power management is set to not turn off the display, and the system is set to never go to sleep. Power saving settings in the motherboard BIOS are also disabled, and still my monitor goes to sleep after 10 minutes.

What's up with that, and how can I fix it?

I also have a monitor that sleeps earlier than the setting in Power saving and Power saving is off in BIOS

I think it's the monitor that has some settings

I doubt it's the monitor. The screen goes black, and then the monitor goes to sleep because there is no signal. Also, I've never had this problem in Windows.
