hello, i'm trying to look for a program similar to Microsoft Publisher for Linux... freeware please :)

(if there is a good windows alternative, can you also list it?)

have not seen 1 for a while. you just have to be creative using the openoffice write (maybe) for a while. :)

How about scribus ... http://www.scribus.net/ ... It's in the repositories too: scribus and scribus-ng ... the latter is the development branch, e.g. might have more features but be less stable. You can install both via synaptic.
