Adept Manager don't work anymore

Hmm i wish i could read german.

but it could be saying that another application is using or locking out adept manager or there is a left over lock file from one of them.

the other applications could be: mintUpdate, apt-get, aptitude, adept-notifier, synaptic.

I would try running running apt-get and aptitude and see what errors they give.
sudo apt-get update
suod aptitude (then press "u" to update).
if either of them complain of a lock file delete it.

They are not able to change system settings (install, remove or update software), because another process, the package database. This can be another Adept program, aptitude or aptitude. Please close the other program before using it here.
