can't browse audio cd

Hi there guys,
when I put in an audio disc, it pops up sound juicer and I can either extract or listen to the files on the disc.
However, I want the original fies, so double click the audio cd icon, but nothing happens. Then I right click and choose "open" or "browse folder", but again, in both instances nothing happens.
So I open a file browser at my home folder, then click on audio cd icon. When I do it that way, I get the following error:
Remember that I can view the files through sound juicer, I just can't view them directly.
I also tried all the "cdrom" folders under /media, but they are all empty.
Help!
thanks,

This happens with both drives."cdda:///dev/hdc" is not a valid location.
Please check the spelling and try again.
