i was thinking of trying ubuntu out. I've used myah and pclinuxos. I ordered the new pclinux supergamer dvd but there are ati issues :( I want to know a few things. I have heard you have a script to put the repos on a 4 dvd set. I am on a naval carrier with very limited internet so that would be the set for me if possible. i appreciate the help!
i searched on-disc osdisc amazon and google couldn't find them for sale. i can buy mint at on-disc but the repos which i want mostly for ubuntu's impressive list of games are elusive. If anyone would mail me the repos i would appreciate it.

i posted this to ubuntu's forum five hours ago it's on page 5. I think mints codecs and the speed of the forum would be better.

I suppose you can order the mint Bea CD and the ubuntu 6.10 DVD (which you'd use as a CD local repository).
