Where oh where did my emblems go?

Hey again guys,

I was trying to change up a folder's emblem when I ran into a problem. There were only place holder icons as choices ("blank paper icons"). I don't know what I did but somehow the emblem choices are gone.

Which folder are they kept in?

I sure wish we could post attachments in these forums, I'd give you guys a screenshot to see what I'm talking about.

I know about that folder, the thing is you can't browse to a folder when choosing an emblem. I guess my question is, where is the default directory where the emblems are stored?

isn't the default directory:

/usr/share/icons/<theme>/<size>/emblems

It is. And if it's not present there, then Gnome looks in "scalable" and the inherited themes of the theme you're using.
