Firefox options !!

Postby maadamos61 on Sat Jan 27, 2007 2:37 pm

Each time I go to firefox it tells me that the Ubuntu web page, that is set as the default, cannot be opened. :x I then got to my Yahoo bookmark and Yahoo opens up. Is there a way I can set up yahoo as my opening page on Firefox? I do not see any "Options" tab under "Tools" in the Linux version of Firefox. Thanks for the help.

Linux Mint is funded by ads and donations.

In Firefox, look in the "Edit" menu and select "Preferences". Customize away.

Thanks. I guess the Linux version is slightly different from the Windows version. While I am at it I wonder if there is anything I can do with the Google settings. I want it such that anytime I go to the search type in space, the whole block of type is highlighted and ready to be deleted, at the touch of any character, other than the indicator arrows. Thanks for any help
