Can´t change the User Time on Linux Mint

Excuse my bad englisch

I have installed the first Time a Linux, i´ll before a win xp user but i hate the bluescreen


So, the installer was no problem, my wlan works, and the printer and scanner works also, but....

....i can´t change the taskbarclock.

I have login as root, change the time, but if i login as user it is also the wring time. If i go to the Terminal and write "sudo time" then can i chage only the Time for the root.

I thank´s for every Idea.

Go to System / Administration / Time and Date. A box will pop up asking for your password. Enter password and make your changes.

oh thanks,

i have found the error. it was a wrong setting. i had set the "world time"
