You can install "gnome-app-install" and run it... else with the new mintMenu you can simply right-click on the application in the menu and select "uninstall".

Actually, mintMenu 3.1 doesn't show exact deps for the uninstall feature. It's fixed in mintMenu 3.2 which will be released soon.
