[Solved] Reconstruct Linux Mint 12 gnome dvd?

Hello. I'm sure you get asked this a lot but, I would like some help on re-mastering Linux Mint 12.
I've used Remastersys. and it makes an Iso. and it works fine in a Virtual Box. But when I put it on a USB and try booting it up. it says.

"loading vmlinuz.......initrd.lz not found" Or it says "Boot error"

Now this confuses me why does it work in a Virtual environment but won't work in a real computer.

Pretty much the reason is, I want to make future installs really quick and easy by having certain software already installed.
So any help would be much appreciated.

Okay I've been using LinuxLive USB Creator. [lili usb creator] for short.

Perhaps you could try an alternative program to create the LiveUSB.
