Just a quick note to introduce myself. You can find a bit more information at http://www.jamesandrewknight.co.uk/about.
I'm new to Mint - less than a week! - but returning to Linux. I abandoned Ubuntu because I love to game but now I've managed to get Magic: The Gathering Online working in a virtual Windows machine, and now that Guild Wars 2 is released and works under Play On Linux, I think I'll try being a TuxGamer for a while. I'm obviously excited about Steam being ported over to Linux too!
I chose Mint because whilst I have no issues with Unity it just seemed that Mint worked better out of the box. That's not to say that I haven't a few issues (mostly with my webcam so far) but nothing that's major.
So thank you for welcoming me into the Mint family, I look forward to finding a place in this community
