Hello Mintians.

I am a over-intelligent 13 year old (AKA Geek). I have been using Ubuntu/Mint since I was 11 and started learning C++ when I was 10.
Unfortunately, this brings my Social-Popularity Level down to -1, so I have to pretend to be cool and stupid...

Perhaps there is a Linux User Group in your area, and it would be fun to visit one of their meetings? (If your parents agree.) See a list here: http://lug.org.uk/listings. They may possibly have a program for teens and that could be a way to meet teens with similar interests as yours.

If there is any bullying going on, consider joining a martial arts class. I was a scrawny nerd at your age and was bullied for a short while. Joined Judo and later Karate class and that put an end to the bullying

I don't get any more bullying than the average person, and probably less because I know how to stay away from trouble. I actually have alot of friends (probably because I'm extremely mad and there are way to many mad people in this world.) but thanks for the links anyway. I don't have a Linux User Group anywhere near me, and I already spend way too much time on a computer anyway but the developer link is epic! Thanks.
