Switched to mint

Hi Amanda from UK here, have switched from using windows 7. I have used various windows operating systems from 98 to windows 8. have also used mac os 10 in various from tiger ownards. I have had a stab using Fedora and dew other linux distros. But this is first attemp at using Linux mint using 64 bit cinnamon edition after tring mate and prefering cinnamon. I am running on a smaung chronos 7 with nvidia optimus i7 128ssd and 8gb of ram.
