Hi,
Newbie on Linux since last summer. Mint 13 is my first Linux distribution ever. So far enjoying it, coming from €Mac-World€
Linux looks a little bit like Mac OSX, perhaps a little less stable (couple of bugs) but much more freedom on many points. And i was tired to give my money to big US corporations (big brother is watching you) I am using an old PC, and that's working just fine for what i am doing (and for what 99.99 % of computer users are doing) : LibreOffice, internet, mail, photos, burning some CD's ... Why pay more ?
salut.
