Animations and sound produced in Linux (mint)

Post by lina »

Hello, my name is Sonja (alias lina) and I live in Hamburg (Germany).

I would like to introduce to you animations, that I created with Linux (only)
and recently also self-produced sounds in them, created with the various
Linux midi/audio tools as "Lilypond/Linux Multimedia Studio/Rosegarden..."
and recordings via commandline like arecordmidi and arecord and played
on a Roland Interactive Arranger.

The main characters are Tux and his partner Tuxa (which I invented for Tux).
(No need to tell you who Tux is!?)

The animations are produced with GIMP, Openshot Video Editor and many commands
in the terminal. Compared to Windows-animations, this procedure is rather
time consuming though I have decided to focus on a little support by a
2D animation program called "Tupi 2D Magic" to just facilitate the gesture
movements of the figures.

All animations are non-commercial and without any advertising!!

If you are interested in this subject and have questions please feel free to send
me a message.

And here is the link to my playlist in YouTube:

Enjoy!
