Hi everyone,
I'm a Linux newbie, just installed Mint 17 Xfce in my HP mini 110 netbook (bought in 2009) like a week ago or so to replace the now defunct Windows XP.
I love this OS, it runs much better than Windows in my netbook and the customization options are incredible. Everything has worked fine (screen, keyboard, touchpad, Broadcom WiFi, etc) except my old external monitor (issue in a post in "Newbie Questions") and the programs run amazingly. Mint has definitely put new life in this device and I thank you all in the community for developing such amazing software . I really mean it, i'm happy i switched to Linux (Windows caused me headaches).
Cheers!
