Hello Mint Community!

You can call me Byter. I've just recently started dabbling in Linux (yup, I'm a newbie) and all the positive reviews of Mint got my attention. So here I am. I'm loving Mint's usability as well as its sleek design and eye-candy. Hopefully, as I become more familiar with Linux I'll be able to contribute back to what strikes me as a bright and friendly community of users.

Hey Byter! I am pretty new myself although Mint isn't my first venture into the world of Linux. You definitely made a good choice by making it your first, however, as it is extremely easy to use. I hope to see you around!

Thanks! I actually did experiment with Crunchbang Linux prior to discovering Mint. Needless to say, I was quite lost in that distro.
