Don't like purple & tired of orange

Postby OldCrank on Tue Nov 23, 2010 4:51 pm

Hello all from eastern Canada.

Yet another Ubuntu refugee. Tired of having to manually reinstall all the "extras" after every upgrade. Also dislike purple more than orange.

Looking forward to exploring Mint.

Hello and welcome,

IMHO it's not fair to say about K/Ubuntu that someone is a refugee or that something is better or worse
Every distro has had any concept and plan, any features which can or cannot fit your needs. We can say that win... is piece of s... but not any linux distro  Also I didn't get it about the orange and purple what u meant
Linux/Unix is about freedom, Windows about slavery.
