Been using for years, but new on the forum

Postby Clintre on Wed Dec 22, 2010 12:52 pm

Been using LM for a good while and promoting it to others as I truly feel that it is the best combination of Linux and usability out there. I have used about every major distro out there, but until I came across LM I never found one that I felt comfortable with giving to my friends and clients that had been using Microsoft for so long.

Here to stay!!

Clintre,

Welcome to the forum. Hope you continue to use and enjoy Mint for a long time.

If you haven't already done it, check out the Mint Community Website. Lots of good stuff.

Hello Clintre. I have been suggesting Mint or Linux in general to my friends for quite sometime as well. I found that a live USB thumb drive works well to give them a taste of Mint and have them come back for more.
